Mr. Holmes and Dr. Watson: Their Strangest Cases is 140 page graphic novel collecting the classic 1950s Sherlock Holmes comic strip by the immortal Gil Kane & Mike Sekowsky. The volume features adaptations of "The Sussex Vampire" and "The Hound of the Baskervilles" as well as two original stories by Edith Meiser--"The Adventure of the Thumbless Man" and "Black Kill's Ghost."

This graphic novel/TPB compiles all the chapters in the “reboot” of the this popular super-hero team.

In the original version of the team, the Justice Machine was an elite law enforcement agency from the planet Georwell, a parallel world with advanced technology that the Machine members believe is a utopia. Arriving on Earth in pursuit of Maxinor, a criminal and accused terrorist from their world, the team members soon discover that Georwell is much more fascist and dystopian than they had previously believed.

Zarren, their corrupt superior, has the Machine indicted as traitors and they have no choice but to remain on Earth. Later, Zarren falls victim to his own schemes and must flee to Earth, where he sets himself up as the president of small South American island, the Arriba Atoll.

Star Rangers: The Spur (graphic novel)

Set in the 25th century, Star Rangers: The Spur revolves around the crew of the Sabre, the last ship in the Frontier Battalion of the once-fearsome Star Rangers Corps.

  The Star Rangers Corps has been reorganized into a token peace-keeping force, inasmuch as the corporations maintain their own security divisions, such as Nippon Interstellar’s Tigers of Heaven. As such, all Star Rangers ships and weaponry are outdated, making it difficult for Sabre crew to perform its duties. The ship patrols Sectors Four through Nine of the Orion Spur.

In Star Rangers: The Spur, the crew of the Sabre led by Commander Jon Rane uncover a conspiracy involving addictive drugs, black market weapons and corruption that involves not only corporations but reaches to the highest level of power in the Sol 9 Commonwealth. 

Star Rangers: The Spur is a considered a classic "space western" and features artwork by legendary comics artist, Jim Mooney.
